Hey there happy people! Time for another great Prerelease! I know you're all excited about the newest set, and fortunately for us all we don't have to wait too much longer! So mark your calendars for: Tomorrow Is Yesterday's Power Keepers
Prerelease Now, I do realize that this is on Super Bowl Sunday, but unfortunately this was the only date I had available. For those die-hard SuperBowl fans, you'll be done with the main event in time to get back to your couches and chairs to watch the big game. For those of you who want to stick around with us for a great time, I'm going to do my very best to make it a fun day for all of you who will join us! I'll even try to have a TV there like we did last year so everyone can keep up on the scores.
If you know you're going to come to our event, Preregister with me before Wed, Jan 30th, (either contact the store or send me an email) and you will get a free Pack at the end of the event. And, if you bring in a new player (one who hasn't played at a TIY Premiere Event before) and they compete in either tourney, you'll get a bonus Sponsor pack! So feel free to bring all your friends for even more fun! Also keep in mind the spirit of a Prerelease is non-competitive, with no real pressure to win, which is why everyone will recieve prizes at the end. The main objective is to have fun and check out all the new cards! But don't worry, we'll have LOTS of random pack giveaways throughout the day!I also have some really cool door prizes to give out... besides packs and sleeves and such, I also have several Pokemon laminated Posters, and of course a free Pass to our next Prerelease worth $20, as well as some other great door prizes! **************************************************************************
Main event - at 12:30 - Each player will recieve 6 booster packs of the new set (to keep) and may start opening their packs. Players will each build their own 40 card deck using only those cards to play in the tourney (basic energies are provided). At 1:00 the tourney will begin with 20 minute rounds. Prizes: All participants will recieve 2 more Power Keepers prize packs at the end of the tourney, a special promo card and a surprise item while supplies last! **************************************************************************
Cost: $20 for a Theme Deck to use in the tourney, plus 4 EX Power Keepers TCG booster packs recieved afterwards. This special tourney will be separate from the main event and follows a much more casual format. Great for younger players, parents or those who may not be as familiar with deck building on their own, but would still like to participate. Each player will choose a Power Keepers Theme Deck to play in the tourney and keep afterwards. And, like in the main event, so you won't be missing out on any of the fun, all participants in this Theme Deck Challenge will keep their decks and recieve 4 more prize packs, a special promo card and a special surprise item, while supplies last! **************************************************************************

the main event) We will also have a regular Modified Sanctioned Tourney (no Power Keepers cards in decks) after the main event. Great way to win even more Power Keepers booster packs!
